The Far North Coast Cricket Council acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we play our great game of cricket. We acknowledge the Bundjalung Nation as the first custodians of land where we live, train and play. We pay our respects to the elders past present and emerging and recognise that the land where we train and play always was and always will be Aboriginal land

Club Pathways
Woolworths Cricket Blast program, sponsored by Woolworths and run by Cricket Australia, it is our entry level program that introduces kids aged 5-10 to cricket. offering fundamental skills and short modified matches.
The program aims to make cricket enjoyable and accessible, promote physical activity, and build confidence. Participants often receive a bat, ball, and t-shirt. This program fosters a love for cricket in a fun, supportive environment.

Junior cricket is our next step up from Woolworths Cricket Blast. Junior Cricket is designed for Children aged 10 to 17. Our competitions have an Under 10s/11s. Under 12s, Under 14s and Under 16s/Colts. In Junior Cricket (12+) matches are competitive. Under 10s/11s play a modified style. In Northern Rivers competition, matches are played midweek. In Ballina and Tweed they are played on a Saturday morning. Matches go for about 3 hours in length.
Senior Cricket is played on a Saturday afternoon from 1pm. Matches are played in Northern Rivers, Ballina and Tweed. In the Far North Coast we range from 1st Grade to 4th Grade. Premier players play in the LJ Hooker League competition.
